grieve-never too much

hey ladies,,
for major losses like the death of spouse or heartbreak,,,it is hurt and sometimes when it comes, its first effect can be confusing. no appetite to eat or perhaps eat too much,drink too much, sloppy dressed,leave the body treatment etc. we're going crazy when it happen, sometimes it seems we're fine, then depression comes. the intellect tends to shut off and leave us only with sort of automatic pilot.

it is so hard to take over again the "seat" and back in charge. well my friends,,,do what u really want but not too over-react. not too much of everything. u eat, reduce your meal,drink a little, meet your friends, spare little time for yourself, go waste your angry energy by doing sports, read the inspiring books, watch funny movie,listen to one sad song but continue with ten energic songs.

don't drink too much, loosing your conscious for a half time each day only get u worse and hurt more for the comin days untill you no longer stand to be in conscious, that feeling will bring you to next level of self-destroying. Drugs?? absolutely not!! it will kill your humanity.

don't eat too much.
i've been in a stressful moment, in a long period of sad soul. eat too much, i gain too much weight. uh uh cannot control it. also following myself loosing appetite then i get so thin. it's not abnormal, but stay longer and being an eating-disorder is not my and it won't be your choice either. it is forbidden. and how do you present yourself if you lose your nice body?

set dates for pampering days,,,still do the treatment and really enjoy them,,perhaps more treatment will do treat you better.

change your look,, be better, be brighter, be prettier or more gorgeous, start the positive thinking and positive attitude. one whole week of grieve or maximum of 2 weeks is more than enough. the feeling will may stay still, but at least it will reduce a little each time untill it shutted down and finally off the ground.

hey friends,,,remember you are not alone. even if you are now,, it is an exclusive time for you to do all what you want. but not too much okaiy.. xoxo
